Nick Alan King is an American bronze artist who specializes in designing contemporary bronze art-furniture. Nick combines traditional vocations such as bronze casting and blacksmithing with modern fabrication methods to create functional bronze art. Nick has assembled a domestic team of skilled foundry artisans, blacksmiths, 3D modelers, machinists, and finish experts to produce his hand-sculpted tables. Nick coordinates the efforts of these artisans as a conductor might coordinate an orchestra to produce a harmonious finished work. The result is an exclusive, inimitable work of functional bronze art created by master craftsmen from all over the American Midwest. Nick believes that furniture should not be limited to function and beauty, but should extend into the realm of art. His designs are for those who appreciate functional sculpture.
